" If you had a million dollars, what would you do with it?"

     If I had a million dollars, 1st of all I will start a real estate business in India and construct some flats for sale.  Because I am a bread winner of my family, I want to think about my future, my parents, future of my kids.  I will deposit in bank a huge amount, for my children’s education.

   More over, I will make charity to help poor,  widows, orphans from public, as well as  students who do not have money to study.

   Finally I will pray to almighty Allah to receive these deeds from my side, and reward me in “MAHSHARA”.

"If you knew that you only had a year left to live, what would you do?"

     The topic I chose is that...what will be my reaction if I was told that I am going to die in a year! May God save us from facing such a miserable situation. As far as death is concerned, it is a fact that death is always behind us. Angel of death will catch us any time; still we believe, we will not die anytime soon. Here, the situation is different. I am aware that my days are counted! I have to prepare for the approaching death whether I like it or not. It is the most terrible thing to do in one's life.
      I desperately need answers for several questions arising in my mind.  How can I get ready for this tragic happening  since I was not concerned enough about the life hereafter. Will God accept my repentance for the sins I did in my past life? I have to do as much as righteous deeds in my remaining days and I think that is the only way to fill my mind with peace. I will be worried about who will look after my family and who will complete the work that I left undone!  I will stop thinking about how to earn material wealth for this world. I will focus only on how to make my eternal life in peace and blessing. I believe in the God who is most Gracious and most Merciful. I still hope a miracle will happen in my case.

      If I know about my death is coming very soon, then I will first consult a good psychologist to get advice for a strong mind to face my remaining life with confidence.
       I will try to prepare my mind to think about  the Holy Qur’an sentence “Every body will taste the death”. Then I will concentrate on  all good deeds, especially prayers and moving charity..

Childhood Memories
 
     Childhood memories are special  for everyone. I have many happy memories of my childhood life.Some times I enjoy my self when I recall it. I think it was a golden period of my life.I was born and brought up in a village in Kerala.  At that time, it was my kingdom . I have very fond memories of playing with my sisters in our backyard, climbing trees to pluck fruits, going to neighboring houses and enjoying life in general.

   Summer vacations were something very special for me. I enjoyed summer vacations because we used to go to see our grandmother. she loved us very much  ,she would spend  a lot of time with us doing  things for us. she took me to special places , she showed me some good things.  If  I continue, I won't be able to stop any time soon .So let me stop it now....

My last vacation 

   My last vacation was surprising to me. I went to Bangalore with  my family. First, when I arrived at the hotel I knew that it was going to be fun.  Second, when I was swimming  in the pool,  I enjoyed playing with my family.  Finally, when I arrived in the park, I met new people. For these reasons my last vacation was very interesting  to me.

   When I arrived at the hotel, I didn’t know what to do... First I decided to explore my room. It had a lot of things and a balcony ,from  where I could see the park. Then I went to explore the pool. It was beautiful and big. Then I talked to employee. She told me about the activities that I could do there. That's how I came to know that the hotel was wonderful.

 
    Afterwards, when I was swimming in the pool, I had lot of fun . I played a lot of games. I went to an aerobics class in the pool for doing exercise. Then I played volley ball with my family. Later on, I had a swimming race with my brother.

    When I was in London on my vacation I spent a lot of time  visiting the Birmingham palace and other royal places. It was a very good experience in my life.

    It was the first time I was in London,the river Thames also attracted me . The London museum also is an attractive place..

     I  think I have completed almost two months in this English class room.I can't believe! I have been attending this class room for two months! Did I get any benefit from this class room? Yes,definitely I did!My English knowledge has been improved. Is that the only reason I am here? I think it is not. I am getting some kind of nostalgic feeling when I am here. It is a feeling that I am getting back something I had missed.A journey back to my childhood. Classroom,Teachers, different types of students, all of this giving me wonderful experience. We discuss about great ideas without having certain mental pictures about each others. Many of us not conceding to reveal even their genders.
 
     Whenever I am compelled to speak something in this class room I feel awkward and my courage is being evaporated. It is always challenging for me. I am afraid I will be embarrassed in front of other students. Imagine how difficult it is to fetch a bucket of water from a hilltop! If you work hard you will get it.Knowledge is also the same. Getting awareness is essential in this world. You can't survive in this Hippocratic world without having the understanding about what is happening around you.

     Internet is the best media to get information . Learning English is very important in order to understand given information. If I had such facilities during my student life I would have achieved better results. It is not too late! With help of this class room and OP teacher's efforts, we will have good knowledge in English language.
